Its april 2011 and they are still at it. we just came back from bali
and got the tickets handed out to us at nusa dua. we went to the royal
bali to hear what they have to tell us, as the free hotel stay was
tempting. luckily the only thing they took from us was our time.
to make the story short. as the clock was approaching two hours they
were keen that we are not believing what they were selling us, the
woman who was our "sales" rep kept calling to her other colleagues now
and then to help "convince" us that we are getting a great deal. they
even had a gong to sound off and cheer the other people who just
signed in. I pity them now.
they didn't want us to to do research first as the other guy said that
what is there to research when all the facts are already there.
towards the end he was rude to the point we told them that we don't
have any money coz we just invested our money and he told us that
there must be some leftover for them to use (the nerve!)
at first the woman was engaging and charistmatic but towards the end
she was already stuttering at times. they offered us a certain price
at first then reduced it to 50% I believe they are sizing up potential
victims to according to what they can afford for a downpayment.
so to the other people reading, they are still doing this scam until
now. when you see the tickets handed to you, just tell them off. It
ruined our afternoon and wasted a few hours of lovely time.
