This is with reference to the above mentioned agreement.
As per your request we have cancelled your agreement and refunded in full, the deposit of AUD5750 paid by you. The refund has been processed back to your credit card. Your credit card company would take 3 to 4 working days to transact the amount. Attached is the copy of Refund Transaction Receipt.
We would like to inform you that free holiday voucher which was given to you is still valid for use and you are most welcome to use it.
